How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, three to six months ahead is comfortable — December and festive periods fill faster, so earlier is better. Portrait sessions and smaller events usually work with four to six weeks.
What is your payment structure?
Most bookings are confirmed with a 70% deposit. Some packages — corporate rates, multi-day weddings — are set at a different percentage, and we confirm the exact amount in the email we send once we’ve checked your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
What happens if you’re unavailable on my date?
We’ll say so straight away — usually within a day of your enquiry. We don’t hold two couples on the same date hoping one drops out, so if the date is taken, you’ll know early enough to keep looking.
How long before I receive my photos?
Wedding galleries are delivered within four to six weeks. Portrait sessions, corporate events, and celebrations are usually ready in one to three weeks, depending on scope. If you have a deadline — a press release, an anniversary — tell us at booking and we’ll see what’s possible.
What format are the final images delivered in?
High-resolution JPEGs, delivered through a private online gallery. You can download the full set, share the link with family, and mark favourites for print. The gallery link arrives by email once the images are ready.
Do you provide raw/unedited files?
No. Editing is part of what you’re booking — the final gallery reflects the standard we’re known for. Raw files aren’t included in any package.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We’re based in the UK and travel for weddings internationally. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Can I request specific shots or a shot list?
Absolutely. Share any inspiration images, specific moments, or a full shot list before the wedding. For weddings, we run through a detailed questionnaire a few weeks out so nothing important gets missed.
